Introducing Counter Offer

Counter Offer, a "grab and go" concept that opened in September, is a three-meal outlet that converts into a wine bar in the evening. Crafted from stone, wood and metal to mesh with the surrounding garden, Counter Offer will subtly transition from breakfast to late night service.

Nebula Brings A Wave of Change

The sweeping design of Nebula, or “cluster of stars,” is the work of world-renowned artist Reuben Margolin. Combining the logic of mathematics, inspiration from wave patterns and the graceful movements found in nature, the 39-year-old San Francisco Bay Area sculptor creates large-scale kinetic sculptures using pulleys, motors and a wide variety of materials. Margolin's Nebula is comprised of thousands of custom amber crystals organized in a multi-tiered, geometric pattern tied together by more than 10 miles of aircraft cable and 1,780 pulleys. His other works can be found in art spaces in San Francisco, New York, London, Mumbai and Switzerland.  Artist's Statement

Reflecting Pool

A key feature of Atrium II, a new reflecting pool, mirrors the undulations of the suspended “Nebula” sculpture overhead and provides peaceful, gentle sounds to Atrium II.
